Clause 1

General Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between ckl44 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person who uses this website or related services ("User", "you").

ckl44 operates an online entertainment platform for users in Bangladesh, which includes casino games, sports betting and related services. By accessing or using this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the full content of these Terms.

Account Opening Eligibility

Clause 3

Prohibited Persons

The following categories of persons are strictly prohibited from using the ckl44 platform:

• ckl44 officers, employees and their immediate family members.
• Persons whose accounts have previously been permanently closed for any reason.

Clause 4

Registration and Accuracy of Information

At the time of account registration, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information about yourself. If incorrect information is provided, ckl44 reserves the right to suspend or close the account without notice.

For identity verification purposes, ckl44 may request your national identity card, passport or other valid identity documents at any time. Deposit and withdrawal facilities may be restricted until verification is complete.

Clause 5

Login Security

It is your own responsibility to keep your account username and password confidential. You will be fully responsible for any activity conducted from your account, even in the case of unauthorized access.

If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately. ckl44 will not be liable for any loss arising from a security breach of your account.

Clause 6

Account Closure

A user may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance must be requested for withdrawal before account closure (subject to applicable verification processes).

ckl44 may close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these Terms or any policy.
• If fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity is suspected.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• In cases of bonus abuse.

Clause 7

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on ckl44 is ৳500 (five hundred taka) for each payment method. Currently accepted payment methods are:

Deposit amounts are always calculated in taka (BDT/৳). Deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods operated in another person's name are not accepted.

Clause 8

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 (one) hour.

The following must be confirmed before making a withdrawal:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed.
• Applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met.
• Withdrawals may only be made using the original deposit method (for security reasons).

ckl44 reserves the right to carry out additional verification or review in the case of unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests.

Clause 9

Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A 15x (fifteen times) wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

This means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳15,000 before withdrawal.

Clause 10

General Bonus Terms

• A user may use a specific offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, ckl44 may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• Each promotional offer has a specific validity period; once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• ckl44 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.

Clause 11

VIP and Cashback Program

ckl44's VIP program has three tiers, with weekly cashback provided at each level:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

Users are promoted to higher VIP tiers based on regular play and loyalty to the platform. Our support team will inform you of the detailed benefits at each tier.

Clause 12

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ckl44 platform:

• Operating games using any kind of software, bots or automated systems.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes in collaboration with others (collusion).
• Using multiple accounts to gain bonus benefits.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Unauthorized access or attempts to hack ckl44's systems or software.
• Any attempt to harass or harm other users of the platform.

In the event of any of the above prohibited activities, ckl44 reserves the right to close the account, confiscate the balance and, where necessary, notify the relevant authorities.

Clause 13

Technical Issues and Game Results

In the event of a technical error or disconnection during gameplay, ckl44 will make decisions based on the last valid game data. ckl44 reserves the right to void related transactions in cases where incorrect results or abnormal wins are displayed due to software or server errors.

Clause 14

Intellectual Property

All content on the ckl44 website — logos, graphics, software, text, designs and all other elements — is the intellectual property of ckl44 or its relevant licensors. Reproducing, distributing or modifying any part of this content without written permission from ckl44 is prohibited.
